Space
Your vacation home is a roomy ranch with HGTV-inspired décor. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a large lot overlooking the woods, it’s the perfect place for a family or group to spread out & settle in.
Traveling with little ones? We have a crib, a Pack ’n Play & a highchair waiting for you.
For kids with lots of energy, there’s a safe fenced backyard & their own private playground. Inside, they’ll discover games, toys & puzzles to keep them entertained.
Bored teens? Not here. Don’t worry; there’s fast Wi-Fi, SmartTV, Roku, Netflix and Disney+ . When it’s time to get off screens, they can shoot pool downstairs or play foosball.
Grown-ups will enjoy the lower level of the house. It is a club-like space with a pool table, TV, wet bar, drinks refrigerator & lots of board games. If you love to golf, check out Heritage Golf Links nearby.
When the weather’s too nice to stay inside, head for the huge, quiet backyard. Sip drinks by the fire pit, relax in the gazebo, or play corn hole & croquet. Fire up the gas grill & dine on the patio.
Need to work on vacation? Our house is equipped with 1000MB internet and work area desks in two bedrooms.
Everything the discerning chef needs for cooking and dining is in our fully equipped and stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, coffee, tea, and a lot of spices. Two kinds of coffee machines are available: a Keurig and a traditional ground coffee maker.

Before booking please make sure that our house rules work for you.
This is a NO PARTIES, and NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Every guest must sign a rental agreement – it is the requirement of our insurance.
GOVERNMENT ID: We require a government ID (driver’s licence) from the person who booked the reservation. ID is a part of the online check-in form.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: For all the stays longer than 28 days we require a $1000 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded to you the next day after the check out if there is no damage to the house and no violation of the houses rules.
PETS: Pets are allowed for an extra fee $75 per pet per stay. Pets must be included in your reservation request.
CELEBRATIONS AND MEETINGS are not allowed without the prior written permission of the owner. Additional security deposit might be charged for celebrations.
We only allow small gatherings. Total number of people at the property must not exceed 20. That number includes people staying in the house and all the visitors.
If you want to set up decorations, or bring extra furniture or equipment, you must get the owner’s written permission prior to the check-in date.
Transit
The best way to get around in Tucker is by car. We have parking at the house for 6 vehicles. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all available, too.
Lawrenceville Highway is the main route through Tucker. It intersects I-285, the major loop around Atlanta, about 10 minutes from the house.
Once you get into the city, you’ll have more opportunities for public transportation, including buses and transit rail. The Atlanta Streetcar is a fun way to explore the entertainment district.
The house is a 26-mile drive from the Atlanta airport — about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Notes
SECURITY SYSTEM/CAMERAS: For your safety and security, our house is equipped with an active security system. Part of the security system are THREE OUTDOOR CAMERAS. One camera on the front porch, one camera in the carport, and one camera in the backyard. They will be on during your stay.
Thanks to the cameras, every time when someone rings the doorbell you can see your visitors on the screen of the panel and talk to them without approaching the door. The panel is located in the kitchen.
We also have 2 motion detectors inside the house. One in the living room and one in the downstairs kitchen. They will be on during your stay. Motion detectors have no video/audio recording ability.
Interaction with guests
I am happy to communicate with you from 8 AM till 9PM seven days a week.

Neighborhood
You’ll be out of the city traffic in a wooded residential neighborhood in Tucker, a friendly suburb just northeast of Atlanta. Tucker is a family-oriented community with many amenities for growing families. Over 230 acres of Tucker are parks and green spaces with lakes, creeks, trails, playgrounds, and sports fields.
Tucker is centrally located to nearby cities of Decatur, Stone Mountain, and downtown Atlanta, all of which offer an abundance of award-winning restaurants with food from almost anywhere in the world, must-see attractions, sporting events, and shopping.
Access
Guests will have entire house except the maintenance closet.
House Rules
BY MAKING A BOOKING YOU AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE HOUSE RULES. Violation of the house rules will cause immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund.
This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Please do not smoke in the house or on any porches or decks. The only proper place to smoke would be outside in the front or backyard.
CELEBRATIONS, PARTIES and EVENTS are only allowed for extra charge of $300 and with the written permission of the owner. Total number of people at the property must not exceed 20. That number includes people staying in the house and all the visitors.
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be required for events. We will return it within 3 days after your check out if there are no damages to the property and no violations of the house rules.
NOISE: Guests are responsible for following noise ordinances, keeping music and loud noises to a minimum and being respectful to neighbors.
Loud noises and profanity within earshot of the neighbors will be met with loss of deposit and possible expulsion from the property.
Please do not bring or use any outside sound systems, microphones, boom boxes, speakers, amplification equipment or audio devices. Guests shall not disturb or offend any neighbors, discharge firearms, create loud or obnoxious noises, or use fireworks of any kind in accordance with the State of Georgia.
PARKING: Guests must park only in front of our house. We can only accommodate up to 6 cars. Please make sure that your visitors are aware of the parking limitations, and use carpool or taxi.
