Your family and guests will stay in modern luxury with all the comforts of home and thoughtful extras at your fingertips. We offer six Roku TV with many complimentary streaming channels like Netflix and Disney+, 1000 mbs Internet, a smart home system, an electric height adjustable standing desk, and many more amenities that high-class guests expect, including an EV charger and a hot tub!

Create great memories cooking together in our fully equipped and stocked kitchen with double oven and a five-burner stove. Our kitchen has all the bakery equipment. We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. Dine indoors at the dining table, which can seat 14. Cook and dine outside with a propane gas grill and a dining table for 16 people, and enjoy the tranquil, wooded view!

Families with kids will appreciate our child-friendly home including a crib that comes into a toddler bed if needed, a highchair, a pack-and-play travel crib, and baby dinnerware. Kids will love our unique playroom with an indoor jungle gym. We also offer toys, games, and puzzles, so our little guests stay busy and happy!
Please keep in mind that our 1.6 acres backyard is not fenced. The house is surrounded with wild woods, and your kids will not be safe there without supervision.

Real treat for adults will be a game room with a 9’ pool table, a professional ping-pong table, a large TV and zero gravity recliners. Entertain the teenagers with the corn hole, board games, and a wide variety of streaming TV channels. Relax sipping your favourite drink on one of the screened-in porches.

Personal care appliances are available including hairdryers in every bathroom. Full laundry room boasts an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer. We provide the detergent, dishwashing soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

This peaceful retreat is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to shopping, dining, and attractions including famous Stone Mountain. Parking is available for up to 8 cars, and access is contactless. Our home is impeccably maintained and cleaned thoroughly.

Transit

Driving is the best way to get to the house. Public transportation is not very well developed here.

Please keep in mind that our 1.6 acres backyard is not fenced. The house is surrounded with wild woods, and your kids will not be safe there without supervision.
For your safety and security the house is equipped with three outdoor cameras, an active security system, and an indoor motion sensors. All security features will be on during your stay for your protection. Outdoor cameras are located on the front door, on the garage door and on the deck, facing the back door. Motion sensors are on the windows and the doors. All the equipment is safe for pets. Motion sensors are not activated by pets.
We also have noise monitors, that have no recording functionality and only monitor the level of the noise in the house.
Smoke detectors are very sensitive and located on each floor.

Neighborhood

You will stay in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood near Stone Mountain. It is the North East suburb of Atlanta. The houses here are large and unique, and each house seats on at least an acre of woods. Deer are common visitors here, or maybe they think that we are visiting their home? Our neighbourhood is safe, friendly and perfect for long relaxing walks. There are three swimming pools, and a large country club nearby, and of course great golf courses. You will have a resort feel staying here.

House Rules

BY MAKING A BOOKING YOU AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE HOUSE RULES. Violation of the house rules will cause immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund.

This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Please do not smoke in the house or on any porches or decks. The only proper place to smoke would be outside in the front or backyard. 

CELEBRATIONS, PARTIES and EVENTS are only allowed for extra charge of $500 and with the written permission of the owner. Total number of people at the property must not exceed 30. That number includes people staying in the house and all the visitors. 

A refundable security deposit of $500 will be required for events. We will return it within 3 days after your check out if there are no damages to the property and no violations of the house rules.

NOISE: Guests are responsible for following noise ordinances, keeping music and loud noises to a minimum and being respectful to neighbors.

Loud noises and profanity within earshot of the neighbors will be met with loss of deposit and possible expulsion from the property. 

Please do not bring or use any outside sound systems, microphones, boom boxes, speakers, amplification equipment or audio devices. Guests shall not disturb or offend any neighbors, discharge firearms, create loud or obnoxious noises, or use fireworks of any kind in accordance with the State of Georgia. 

PARKING: Guests must park only in front of our house. We can only accommodate up to 8 cars. Please make sure that your visitors are aware of the parking limitations, and use carpool or taxi.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Every guest must sign a rental agreement. This is the requirement of our insurance.

GOVERNMENT ID: We require a government ID (driver’s license) from the person who booked the reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: For all the stays longer than 28 days we require a $2000 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded to you within 3 days after the check out if there is no damage to the house and no violation of the house rules.

PETS must be included in your reservation request. We charge a pet fee: $100 per pet per stay. Please pick up poop after your pets.
